I'd do like they do with Anderson Silva and just keep him right at Light Heavyweight and welcome all comers.

I read an article a little while back where they talked to Dana White about moving Jones to heavyweight and it seemed like they didn't want to do that for a while. While he is a beast at 205, there's no guarantee he will do better at heavyweight, especially when there's a good chance he'll be giving up a good 30-40 lbs to some of his opponents. Jones has been good at keeping the fight standing up at 205, but I don't think he can keep doing that against guys who are much bigger than him. I think guys like Shane Carwin and Cain Velasquez would be able to put him down and keep them there.
This does however depend on how much weight Jones will actually put on when/if he does make the move up. It will slow him down for sure and just hope it doesn't affect him the same way it seemed to affect GSP. You also have to remember guys at heavyweight hit much harder than those at light heavyweight. Taking punches from JDS is much different than taking punches from Rashad Evans.
