Sitting at a light, still red, lift your foot off of the brake, and BAM! The person behind you thinks the light has changed and plows into the back of you. Makes me think about holding my foot on the pedal until I move through the light. No WAY is Iris getting tapped like that!

ive heard of others getting hit like that. some AT drivers are like babies... they only have on or off, no intermediate control.
for me, i was waiting for the light at a walmart parking lot like 20yrs ago and some dumb chick rear ended me cause she was looking for something in her purse.
ever since i drive looking forward and back even while stopped.
