You will not be disappointed, I loved my grip exhaust on my 09. I heard a lot of different exhausts and IMO the Ark sounds better than any other exhaust I've heard. The quality is excellent and the car will be more responsive. Before I sold my 370Z I removed the exhaust (another member here bought it) and I could tell the difference in response. I am not sure whether there are any power gains but the car did drive a bit smoother/more responsive.
