Now that I see the picture, what a jerk this guy is. As I said before, he's one of those people in the world where it's all about him. Here's another idea...why don't YOU park on that line before he does. Or...pick up some old P.O.S. motorcycle or dirt bike from the junk yard and keep it parked there near that line.
