Saw Hunt Club Nissan flyer here in Ottawa, they seem to have an amazing deal on 2012s. about 8k off plus another $500.
So 40k - 8.5k = 31500 + Tax for base with touring is amazing considering that they had a 2011 base car for 33k.

6868+500 for Sport with Nav
