Question H&R DRS Spacers

I tried contacting Josh, but his PM account is closed at the moment it seems....

Can I get info on how to replace the 15mm DRS Hubcentric H&R spacer that broke on my car? Had a slight wiggle this week and took it to the dealer to rebalance and found this:

The hub ring just snapped at the connection point to the spacer. Removed the spacers and checked the wheel balance (perfect) and replaced the wheel on the car. No more wiggle either. Wheels were torqued as per specs prior to and and after changing wheels. They had been on the car for two years now, no winter driving, total of 18,000 km's on the car.

Bought them from Josh in 2010.

Thanks!
