She gets told that they (UPS) has sent a postcard to the house and until she replies to the postcard and confirms the address, she won't be getting her package. So, let me get this straight......the driver says the address doesn't exist, HOWEVER, UPS is going to send a postcard to said address to verify it does exist? Am I totally missing something here or does that not sound like the stupidest thing in the world?
"Hi, our driver said your address and house doesn't exist....BUT we're gonna send a postcard just to verify. Thank you."
This would make for a great MadTV or Saturday Night Live sketch......

That is quite *** backwards... maybe UPS is figuring that the USPS guys are smarter at finding houses...
