Thats for the advice vivid, ill prob just wait it out and address it the next time i need to look into new pads. Pads/ Rotors rant that expensive so it shouldn't be an issue. Ill also "bed' the brakes, no idea what the previous owner might have done.

I went out again yesterday to try and feel the problem, once the brakes got very hot, (you can small them at a stoplight windows down), its not ABS because i can feel it only when you go light on the brakes. I slowed down and tried to really get a feel for why they were vibrating, and i got the impression that there is a "bump" for every 1 rotation of the wheel. Once the brakes cooled down, its was totally gone. Weird. I also got the impression that it might be coming from only 1 wheel. Im not sure how the dealer measured the runout.
