Unless this is a dampened pulley, I'm not sure what you mean here.

SAE dyno posted below. Blue is baseline, green is LTH and CBE, red is aforementioned with pulley's and CAI.
I currently have a bad pre-cat O2 sensor on the passenger side that may have been damaged from the Header install. So gains may be higher after it's fixed. I currently have one on order.
With your second question, I was referring to the phantom theories of harmonic vibrations when running pulley's with this particular engine. I felt no noticeable changes to NVH when the pulley's were installed. The only sound it made was some creaking for about 30 minutes after install. My voltages are 100% the same as stock, the belt (NST sells a slightly smaller belt) is tight, and have no issues with the few thousand miles I have on it. Then again, it's still relatively early.
A harmonic balancer looks way different than the stock pulley. The rubber gasket on the stock pulley may have been a cautionary addition. I'm no engineer, but if it was so important, why isn't it sold with aftermarket pulley systems? Especially if it had the chance to "destroy" a motor if it didn't have this magical rubber ring
