Paypal complaint has already been process since begining of this thread, I'll be glad to close the case and give full refund on this. Please ship the item back and I'll be glad to give you discount on any other items. Reason want to return to me, I want to show to our factory if there is a problem with this one. I have checked and fitted all my inventory because of this case. Just want to make sure no one else have this problem. I did not PM or email cuz all our communication is already done here.
