On a driving note, I was coming back from San Marcos today on I-35 and both eyes suddenly went blurry. It was seriously scary for a moment before I was able to exit and stop the car. Ten minutes later I was comfortable enough to drive again. Called an optometrist friend who described my symptoms exactly and called it an "ocular migraine" She said not to be concerned unless vision loss is completely black or if they happen more than very rarely.
