Default About to PC RAYS gunmetal, a few q's

I'm trying to use one of the several local PC shops to handle my rays, I've read quite a few threads here. The ones I've called don't deal with this color much if at all. Looking at GM or metallic charcoal or??? Thanks in advance for any input

1) does anyone have specific powder maker/color code to get me close

2) how much product is needed to do 4 Rays and do you know of suppliers who sell in smaller lots of powder?

3) aside from the baking temps which have been discussed, anything to look out for? Do peeps just paint the valves stems black to blend in?

4) I know there are some good vendors on the board but by the time I ship twice the attractiveness of the upgrade goes away. I love the look of the stock rays, just prefer other than silver. I've seen pics of the silver sport with 4Oth wheels and I like the looks.
