With the information provided in this post, simply doing 51 in a 50 brings a strong degree of suspicion to any officer who would pull over a vehicle for no other reason than 1mph over the speed limit. Wow you seriously fail to realize the point. WHY is the officer immediately at suspicion when he is at discretion to pull him? The driver has MANY more suspicions for why he is stopped than the officer who stopped him. STOP HATING.
You just said your 1mph over unless their are other circumstances. You are proving my argument right. Now stop while you are way behind at this point. You have 2 other people against you.....you arent making yourself look too bright.
