... and more Z06 and 911 owners would be driving a GTR right now had dealerships not inflated prices upwards of 20K dollars. Instead of selling the cars for a marginal profit at or above MSRP, dealerships are sitting on their GTR's because they are worth 90K. I understand the hype of a new model never released on N.A. shores and charging premium price, but the new Z car is a mass produced sports car that was redesigned from it's previous model year. I think the current economic state of our country far outweighs all the "demand" that dealerships are fluffing up over the 370Z. I think 12 brand new 08 350's on my local dealer lot speaks more to this end.
I give my local Chevy/Nissan dealerships 6 months to a year until they either close their doors or start selling new models at discounted prices.
