Meh, for the most part they're shysters and whatever magic they perform with smoke and mirrors makes no difference to their bottom line. I think the only thing that sets one apart from another is whether they make you feel comfortable, or whether they're azzholes. I actually had one salesman ask me if I was interested in a test drive or wanted to just get started "cranking numbers"!
Needless to say...that dealership did not get my money.
