By adding a new head unit you provide yourself with fresh pre outs on the back to run your new amps with. You will use the front and rear outputs for the stock bose amp, the other set is sub out and you will use them to run the signal to your new amp.

the pm I sent you reads

"Your new head unit will have a set of sub outputs, they will be used for your new amp and your bose sub should be unplugged.

Also make sure to wire up the remote wire to not only the wiring harnesses blue wire but run a new remote wire to your new amp as well. Make sure you run your new speakers off a new amp and not the bose amp otherwise you will fry it. Make sure to run new speaker wire as well."
