Five of my local homies in the Cleveland Z Club got pulled over on Saturday for doing 60 in a 55  . The LEO ran every one's licenses and plates. They were stopped for 45 minutes and were given a "warning certificate" and let go. I think the LEO was trying to make an example of them. I say  .
