I do not know how much bigger, if at all, your parts are vs mine but I feel quite confident by waiting to install these together you will be fine. One of the limiting factors for me was how much extra oil line I had to play with to the O/C already connected.

My signiture with mods shows the order as well. Oil cooler first. Note intakes come much later. And cooling ducts were very recent.
