That is a total BS. I have tons of colleagues and friends in Puerto Rico, which is kind of the same weather, ecological, flora and fauna environment and nothing to be worried about. Just give love and care to your baby and that's totally it.

Puerto Rico environment is kind of the same as Hawaii, tropical weather. and if you complain about residues of volcanic dust, Puerto Rico is receiving sporadic volcanic dust from the Montserrat Island, and large quantities of dust coming from Sahara Desert.
