When it comes to their cars, some people have patience. But theres a difference between no patience and missed timelines resulting in uncertainty on the consumers part. If I was told we are expecting this to be done by this date but a delay could possibly occur. If this happens Ill let you know, would have been OK. On a side note, the gtr shift knob and oem 370z boot I did looks completely OEM, and not a rehash of something I would have did in my younger days with my Acura Integra, no offense.

That's my rant. I'm sure a couple of people here thought it as well. I would have left it alone, had you simply apologized for missing your own deadlines, rather than shifting the blame to your clients.
Good luck with the sales. I'm sure the end product will be beautiful.
