Yes even if used. The reason is the springs need to get seated well with the shock on the car. And if you need the camber kit, you will need the front arms and rear rod as well. The complete camber kit is like $700+ for parts alone. (front kit is expensive)

That's why if you can get away with it being in spec/barley in spec, you might want to just not bother. Or atleast get the rear camber kit.
