They are linier and very stiff. About the same height. They claim .4" drop but alot of us find that is not true at all. I installed them on my base Z and it actually raised the front a little bit. Kidney jarring ride though. Car was on RAILS. Great upgrade for someone who wants to stiffen up the ride and that does NOT want to lower the car.
