Here's the break down of the transaction and communication
2012-04-27: I contacted you about the wheels and agreed on the prices. You said to pay you through DIRECT TRANSER.
2012-04-28: I contacted you about addition info about the wheels and the additional holes shown in the pics. You provided me a BOA account with the name "Yolanda" and address. I told you that I'll check out about the wheels info and let you know.
2012-04-29: You got furious with me about not getting back to you and if I'm a scammer, tried to steal your ID. I said naw, it's just that I've been trying to figure out what are those addition holes on the barrels are before purchase. I told you that I'll let you know soon.
2012-04-30: I've updated you that I'm still waiting for my wheels guy to tell me what they are
2012-05-01: I agreed to the deal, but through paypal.
2012-05-01: You said you had issues with paypal, their limits, etc. I've show you how to add a PP account. Then you finally got one opened under the different name: Yolanda V. I got skeptical but since you somehow got your PP to work, so I decided to trust you since you've been cooperative so far.
2012-05-02: [Wednesday] - I paid you via Paypal
2012-05-02: [Wednesday] - You asked to give you "2 days or so for payment to clear" and that you're "on top of it" and you "check every hour" since you "got OCD".
2012-05-04: [Friday] - you followed up with me asked me to give you until Tuesday (May 8th) to ship it since you will not get any money to your bank.
2012-05-04: [Friday] - I asked you to confirm that you've already the money in your PP acct and if you even have $200 to ship it.
2012-05-04: [Friday] - You replied that you'll ship out Monday at the latest, even if you have to borrow the money.
2012-05-04: [Friday] - I confirmed OK.
2012-05-07: [The promised Monday] - No msg from you. I gave you benefit of the doubt so I didn't even bother you by then.
2012-05-08: [Tuesday] - I followed up on you to see if you have shipped it out. Texted, called, etc. No Response. I texted you that you have until Wednesday noon to get back with me before I file a claim with you. until late evening, still no words from you. I've filed a disputed with paypal just in case [this is just a dispute, not a claim]
2012-05-09: [Wednesday] - I tried to contact you again, still no response. I've escalate it through Paypal into a Claim. I've also notified AMEX about the transaction. AMEX noted and said that they are on top of that. They also said to let Paypal proceed with it first. If no success, AMEX will handle it. I've also attempted to contact you through the forum. No response still.
At this point, I don't really care since I'll be getting my money back being that I'm a Verified Paypal Business customer. I'm also AMEX Business Customer so I'm protected either way.
It is your responsibility, as a SELLER, to communicate with the BUYER if there's any issue delivering the product. I've been totally an understanding person since the beginning.
Not only that you didn't call, txt, or even attempt to go to the forum to contact me, now you're blaming on me? lol.
And you decided to sell your wheels LOCALLY, without even inform me of a refund whatsoever?
Like I said in the PM, my hands are now off this. You had your chance. I'm going to let paypal and AMEX do their things.
