This is easy to fix. Its not the tip, its the rotation of the axleback pipe where it connects to the passengerside midpipe.
Loosen up the clamp that joins the passenger side midpipe to axleback. Push up the two pipes and tighten it back up. That will bring your tip to the right.
Its basically putting about ~5 degrees of clockwise rotation on your axleback section. Do this and your tip will line up perfectly.

3)

The screw is in backwards.
Take it out, flip it around and put it back in.
