Im not to good with audio stuff, but i can say your probably better off looking for another shop to build your box as things boil down in this thread.
another thing you might want to check out are the
zenclosures( < - click) boxes. It might save you some hassle.
Also bigaudiofant(sp)(username) is the forum expert on audio equipment. Send him a pm.
