LOOKING GOOD!

I have learned my lessons as well. I had a similar experience years ago. I had to fight to have my insurance to have it fixed at a different body shop after some shady work was done. Ever since, I have to make sure and let the shops know that I take pride in my ride and I will make sure the work they do is proper, and if it is not I will be returning to make sure they get it right. I am not some little old lady who doesn't care if they do a good job or not.

I always do a walk around on the car also, to make sure they see that the car is in good shape before they touch it! Even when getting new tires!

I think that most people let stuff slide and these body shops get complacent and do crappy work. They need to learn their lessons.
