Just a deposit. From what I have read it has been revised to raise it up to the highest point possible with the design. Like I said the lowest point is now even with the rear axle. I think the only way to truly get away from the issue of possibly rubbing the cans is with the stacked muffler design from other manufacturers. I have read where members have scratched there cans on speed bumps and such...but alot of that is probably due to the driver and dropping the rear end hard enough to flex the suspension to hit the can. If you are lowered you already know to angle anything that looks sketchy. I plan on adding Swift springs later and dont foresee any issue with the FI exhaust. Hope that helps.
