kinda hard to tell. The second picture is pretty dark. In the first pic it seems pretty clear that your level is well above the max level line.
I would drain/extract a little to be on the safe side pint. I know it's a pain, but better for the pressure on your oil pump and seals in the long run.
Just my $.02 worth though.
