Communication was excellent, Martin was very prompt with responses to questions, and fast to ship the products. Everything was very well packaged, he even taped the lids down on some of the bottles, nothing leaked during delivery! He even followed up after I received the delivery to make sure everything was ok.
I'm big on cusotmer service, and I like to share positive expierences when a company goes that extra mile. I highly recommend dealing with Martin at Auto Finesse for any detailing supplies.
