I never had any issues with my rock solid 350Z..If i have problems with the 370Z, you can bet i will take the loss and move on to another Car,and not a Nissan..

I am going to let my 370Z get low on gas and see if it starves...Then I will document a formal complaint with Nissan if it happens...Absolutely unacceptable...
You would have to document your particular issue with Nissan (prior to the accident) if you hope to sue. Let's just hope nobody gets hurt.
