2) get at least one other pro body shop to inspect the current condition
3) have the dealer inspect the vehicle
4) get it fixed where you want (within reason and at a justifiable cost)
5) launch a civil suit against both the insurance company and the bodyshop.
I know this may be more expensive to you for the moment, but it will be better for you and the car in the long run.

^ that's exactly what I was gonna do. I'm so glad that I have all the photos from beginning!!! I think there is some kinda insurance fraud going on bc my adjuster is almost begging me to stay there ..
