Just turn the knobs so that the seat is slammed all the way down.
The OP needs to go & really spend some time with the effen seat. I am reading that people are 6'0'' to 6'5'' weighting 190-260lbs & now of them are having any issues. When you are sitting in the Z it is a sports car & is not going to feel like you are in some luxury sedan. Maybe you should go with the Hyundai Genesis.
