Default Help with dealership?

So I cancelled my original car order which was a wrx wagon on a new sti. We agreed on pricing etc. however I found another place to do clear bra and tint for me. So my suggestion was to add the SPT exhaust system. This is the correspondence from sales man. I don't know if below is what I'm sending to Subaru of America if that's what I should send...

This is what my dealership said to me if I wanted to exclude tinting and clear bra and instead get spt exhaust

"Clint we will not be doing anything until the car arrives. Please stop trying to change the deal as it progresses. We will take care of any questions or concerns you have WHEN the vehicle arrives. Until then please let us do our jobs."

So I followed up with this:
I don't know how to take that. Because the Subaru of America rep Jessica Said itd still be possible as per email. Seeing if I already made my mind up on tint not to change our agreed price I ordered a solution which was add the exhaust (same difference).

This is a lot of money to be spending and I want to feel confident you guys can take care of questions and or concerns as they come in, and not be worried as to what may be a trivial question as this is an investment and 6 years of my life.

I am lost and confused as to why waiting why the vehicle arrives to confirm what we're doing now? The SOA said ordering cars and or parts and or changing shouldn't be an issue for the dealership.

Asking to change something should have no bearing on customer service and or integrity of the dealership.

What I have ready to send to my Subaru of america rep..

"I'm nervous they responded please check with me first I don't know If the behavior is normal, but now I'm worried that my car will have damage. This is what was said ... I'm extremely paranoid that something will happen to the vehicle don't know if I'm over thinking it I want this to go smoothly."
