I've been buying cars for the last 18 years and this is the first time I encountered this with a dealership. I pay good hard earned money and is it my fault if I expected more from them?
Now do I still want to deal with this dealership and have my car serviced there?
I hope Nissan America is not represented as a whole by such unprofessional behavior.
Nissan makes us chase scores for incentives. And the biggest issue is nissan made the survey top box scoring. So let's say 1-5 , 5 being the highest; all 4's on a survey would result in an 80%. Nissan doesn't pay for 80's. They created this monster!

But there is a more tactful way to go about getting a good survey.
