Dealership getting back at you for not giving a good survey at NISSAN
Has anyone here got pressured by your sales rep at the dealership to answer the survey the way they want you to answer the survey excellently, literally telling you to lie about what you feel in the survey?
And when you did not give the rating they wanted they take it against you and calls your attention.
I've been buying cars for the last 18 years and this is the first time I encountered this with a dealership. I pay good hard earned money and is it my fault if I expected more from them?
Now do I still want to deal with this dealership and have my car serviced there?
I hope Nissan America is not represented as a whole by such unprofessional behavior.
