The Body shop orders a new Bumper Cover, paints it white - and with the car being new, the paint should match perfectly - and then replace the existing one with the new one. It's so easy to remove, you can replace it yourself even. Two screws, one in each wheel well, then a few clips on top, and some screws on the bottom for the plastic cover and the nose is off...

Now, the trick is, making sure the police report is factual and accurate, and have them pay for it...
