Default Suggestions

A few suggestions....

First, contact the Nissan area manager. They often handle things better than an individual dealer.

Second, see if you can get a lawyer to write a nasty letter. The letter alone--with appropriate threat of lawsuit or whatever the lawyer thinks is right--might do the trick.

Finally, or instead of #2, file in small claims court for the filing limit--whatever it is in your state. You won't get all your $8000 back, but then again you don't need it all back.
