Well fender clearance might be if you adjust/fix your camber back to factory spec (meaning the top of the tire will be closer to the fender lip) but it isn't a factor of the arms, just of the suspension geometry... I actually found that my car bottoms out less once I reset the alignment I guess because there is more tire taking the shock...

Not 100% sure if that is what you were asking though. You might not need front camber arms for swifts btw.
