It's like the tweens in Civics and stuff that get killed in high school because they think their car can easily take a 35 mph corner at 75... plow straight off into a tree and die. I see it happen too often

Here, it's dumb kids trying to "drift, yo." Oops... off into the curb/forest/wall they go. Oh, look, I just got a vehicle risk adjustment on my insurance bill! we have had a few fatal accidents here when kids try to drift on public roads and hit poles/trees.
