Did not get the whole enchilada on the your back, gathering from above post. Might suggest the sports/health ball. I had lower back issues and it did wonders. It works the inner muscles.

hi mr.zforce!
i had a small, but painful, incident a month or so ago where i pulled my lower back muscle real bad.
i could not stand straight or walk straight either... but not unlike how my wife really messed up her back last summer, i was able to move around...well, sort of.
i think my wife had that excise ball somewhere. i will ask her where she put it.
she's been doing the same mr.gurney excercise as well everyday. so far so good.
