Jon aka ZCarMan has proposed an alternate location to meet up near Bowie than Nissan of Bowie.

We currently have 12 cars signed up. The problem is when you leave Nissan of Bowie, you can't just go across the highway and turn left to head toward Baysox Statdium. You'd have turn right and try to make it over to the left lane and then find turn around and hope everyone makes it together. The alternative I'd like to offer is this: Meet here:

Hyatt Fairfax at Fair Lakes to Unknown road - Google Maps

This is about a mile and a half south of Nissan of Bowie. You can take Highway 4 east off 495 and then link up to 301 North. Turn left off 301 at Beechtree Parkway and head to the top of the hill. There is a trailer on the right and a parking lot that nobody uses on the left. We can all meet there. When we leave we simply roll out to the light and turn left and head north. I'll be sitting there in the parking lot and you will see me easily. Eazy Peazy.

Sounds like a good idea....what do you guys think?

So the VA guys meet @ our regular Saturday meeting point (Starbucks) and then we roll out to meet Jon and the others in Bowie.
