Who would spend money on adding the worlds WACKEST stock audio system in ANY vehicle. You find a better sound system in a 20k hyundai veloster or a 16k hyundai accent than the stock bose Z stereo.

Get your metra kit. $35, get a pioneer avh 4400 for $400 or for a high def screen and added features, get the 8400 for $550. Get a jl audio w3v3sub,$200 and DLS up6I components for $350. This setup will run you around $1500 minus sub box, wiring and the amps of your choice which should be roughly $2000. DY this simple system and I guarantee that in the Z... it will sound like $5k systems in GT cars if done right.
At the end its $800 more than buying someone elses used bose system that's harder to install than aftermarket. The sound quality is stupendously better volume is 3x louder with much more clarity. Eurpean speakers with a good old fashioned american sub. It doesn't get any better price to performance.
