Don't worry, one application isn't going to do any damage, you would have to keep adding the stuff every oil change before there was a problem. Most of it is probably already safely inside your oil filter

As for fuel, 95 RON (equivalent of 91 AKI) is the minimum you can safely run, but you can potentially get better performance with 97/98 RON (equivalent of 93/94 AKI in the US).
