Background
A little back story on how I ended up w/ my Z. I originally had a 2006 Daytona Blue 350Z Enthusiast 6mt. She was a beaut...
It had a handful of bolt-on mods...
Motordyne MREV2
Motordyne 3/16" Plenum Spacer
Motordyne Shockwave TDX2
Motordyne Adjustable Sway bars
JWT Pop Charger
Koni Yellow Adjustable Sport Struts
RS*R Ti2000 Springs
All good things come to an end I guess. I made the mistake of driving it to work one day in February 2010, with a winter storm in the forecast to hit during the drive home. I was hit by an eighteen wheeler on I-44 in STL after spinning a full 360 and facing it head on (hydro-planed while merging onto the highway during rush hour traffic)
And she was gone...
I miraculously walked away with only a few bumps and bruises. Needless to say, I was pretty scared and timid to jump back into a Z. So I went out and bought a 2011 Evo X. It was a fun car, but it wasn't for me.
Fast forward 7 months (to this past November '11) and I've got the urge to get back on the horse. I find myself a beautiful Magnetic Black 2010 370Z 6mt w/ Sport package and only 2k miles. I couldn't resist...
So I drove 6 hours down to Memphis the day before Thanksgiving to pick her up...
And finally home!
There's a lot more in store for this Z! Stay tuned - and thanks for checking out my journal
