Are you honestly trying to compare how Germany is better than the US?,lol

The Autobahn is a Mecca for speed freaks and car enthusiast, but I heard the unlimited speed areas can get hampered by traffic. I'm pretty sure Germany has its fair amount of 'unskilled' drivers also. I doubt every German receives a racing license before they are allowed to drive. Wasn't there a 50 car pile up a few months ago that killed 3 people? As for the Nurburgring, that too is a Mecca for wannabe racers like myself... and it too has traffic, lol.
