A while back I wanted to paint the shifter trim piece on my 40th flat black. In case I messed up I bought a new trim peice from Courtesy Nissan ($69). Well when I finally went to install the painted piece I realized that I had gotten an automtic trim rather than 6 speed trim. I could not return it as it was painted. I ended up painting my factory trim and love it. It is much nicer to me than the factory silver. So up for sale is a painted flat black shifter trim piece. This can be installed as is or if someone wants to send a piece out for carbon fiber or attempt carbon fiber wrapping it yourself you can use this piece.
