Default Hassle free negoitations

Just thought I would share a couple of thoughts from my buying experience that might be useful for folks thinking about getting a new Z.

I checked out the pricing from True Car as a bench mark, and with just a couple of calls managed to get offers that were below the 'Great Price'.

I felt good about that, however a colleague got me on to Costco. The dealer I selected came back with a price $800 below that.
If you are not comfortable with negoitating for $55 you could save two grand.
(afaik: AAA is offering something similar for their members)

Best part is, you are still able to use the sweet 0% for 60 months Nissan is offering (for another 2 weeks).

Base w/ sports [R01]
[L92] Floor Mats
[L94] Trunk Mats
[B92] Splash guards.
MSRP $36,165
True Car 'Great Price' $33,906 (for my zip)
Invoice $33,831 (again according to True Car)
Paid $32,233

Hope this helps.

PS. I could have got a better price if I had played the game as one particular dealer was calling me and promised to beat that price, but I had given my word that I was set on the deal I had struck and would be back to honour it. (I was going to take the wife out to dinner, and had done all this on the way home from work, so took a time-out).
Besides, I prefer the dealer I went with, while the other gets terrible reviews.
