What have I been saying forever? When they adopt the NASCAR system of super soft tires that give up very quickly THERE WILL BE LOTS OF PASSING!
There needs to be ONE tire. And it should be SUPER SOFT. If it gives up after a handful of laps the drivers have to work very hard not to wear them out too quickly. Get them sliding around a bit and you have great racing like we saw in China.
