If the camber is out of alignment and he didn't manipulate it himself, it's not fraud to take it to the dealer for warranty repair. Further, whether he tracked the car or not, a misaligned wheel/axle will fry a tire. It could easily happen while street driving and this sounds like the case for DinoJ.
No one is suggesting DinoJ commit fraud. Taking the car in for warranty work doesn't require he disclose every condition under which he's ever driven his car. Massively modifying a car and then removing the mods to make the car stock for a warranty repair is fraud. Taking a stock car to the dealer for a repair having done one day on the drag strip is not. If it was, I suppose any Z owner who took their car to the track EVER should then send Nissan a letter that voluntarily discloses their decision to void their own warranty.
