Paper towels will leave haze-scratches / holograms
I use microfiber, my fingernail, or hot water on microfiber, or, detail spray...
That said, I literally just washed my car for the first time since having it detailed, which was about a month ago.
Not quite as shiny as what I remember, but, I've also not done anything except wash it. Not sure what the detailers used (though I know it's not Zaino) - I'll probably hit a small spot of it with Zaino and see if it sticks.
Some of those polishes/waxes aren't layer-able, and will look fugly if you try to (some of it will come up, some of it won't)
